Entering story mode, freeze, crash, no error

Problem: GTA5 crashes once I get to the “ Entering Story Mode”Loading Section, the loading wheel spins for a few seconds, it freezes and gtav becomes unresponsive, sometimes it crashes straight to desktop , sometimes it freezes on screen and I have to force a reset on the pc.

What I’ve tried: - Latest gameconfig, heapadjuster, and pckfilekimitadjuster -updated all scripthook and lemon uo files etc -Admin privileges gtav laincher -verify game file integrity -delete save files in rockstar users
