what would you do?

i’ve got a 2019 MK7.5 R since new, and it’s still under warranty until November next year. I had front struts, bearings and mounts replaced under warranty due to a bad strut bearing.. (I’ll take it). But I am still getting this annoying creak/clunk noise after driving over slight imperfections in the road.

Brought it to my dealer and feel like they’re giving me the cold shoulder after fixing the strut bearings. They claim this is “Body flex” despite it getting worse over time. Any idea what this could be? It’s coming from the front end, more on the drivers side I believe. thank you
