Silver gold bull

I’ve bought a lot from them and seemingly no problems anyone else? I have bought a arbor heraeus bar and it has the hologram style on it to ensure it’s real from them but I noticed little spots inside the package what could that be, bad storage on my part? Only on my argor bar not any of my smal coins or valcambi bars
