Moving to Spain working in finances, is it possible to get equivalent positions

Hi all, I have quite an specific question here. I am Spanish, but my wife is from east Asia, and we are thinking of moving to Spain in the next years. She has a manager position in the finances department of a multinational insurance company in Hong Kong. She ascended very quickly to this position, 4 years since she started working in finances. I was very chill about the idea of coming back to Spain, but a friend of mine told me that it might be really bad for my wife, since companies in Spain will only look at the few years of experience and won't hire her for manager possitions, only as analist or lower. I find this hard to believe, but I know that the job market in Spain is... well... If anyone has any insight, I will really appreciate it!! Thank you!
