Is anyone else on ps5 having performance issues??

Everytime I log on, everything runs super slow, looking around isn't nearly as smooth and combat is horrendous because the frame rate is lagging behind so bad. I have to either restart the game, and when that doesn't work I have to restart my Playstation. It's just really annoying
