fatty liver before surgery

did anybody have a fatty liver or an enlarged liver before surgery but your liver enzymes were OK? I worry about liver failure years out after surgery. anybody over 5 years out doing OK with fatty liver previous to surgery? I still eat occasional slice of pizza or a half a burger I’m still eat what I want but in moderation I just don’t want that to backfire on me because of my fatty liver that I had. i’m only one year out. thanks ….
