Fernando, I need you

Is it just me, or I feel Fernando is the most underrated GTA character in the whole series, he brings so much laughter and energy in the radio, I wish he had a major role in some missions as a physical character, unfortunately his presence starting fading away series after series, and now he got only few minutes in a talk show in GTA V, hopefully we'll meet him again in GTA vi
