What is with this show and its good ratings?

I stumbled on this show on Prime and saw it had multiple seasons with another one the way. And a 96% audience score I was looking forward to watching a good show. It is seriously so bad I can’t comprehend these ratings. Every line of dialog is “it’s ok” or “ok” or “are you ok?”. Seems like a less good version of Wayward Pines.
