Got my first battery saver mode notification

It’s been freezing cold here the last several days (0-3 degrees) so I’m guessing that’s part of it. Anything I need to worry about? I don’t typically drive all that much or very far. Should I just do what the app says and take it for a bit of a drive? What if I don’t?
