One exercise that everyone sleeps on is standing overhead barbell press(or military press).10x more exhilarating than any squat/deadlift.Its the king of all exercises for me
Right now I'm at 60 kgs for 5 reps(no momentum from legs).I see most guys beating the shit out of DL and SQ but do shoulder presses sitting(with db or bb).I see most guys racing to the 150kg mark for deadlift/120 for SQ but do like 40 kgs only on military press.
Also my starting position is different.I don't pick it up from eye level-meaning i pick it up from the ground(like the clean movement in weightlifting which is another exercise in itself) and then perform the movement.
