Hey everybody, I've been surfing on this subreddit for a long time, Also, keeping our day to day news in mind regarding gym, I wanted to ask if it's okay for someone having high bp to take pre workout supplement?
Like, My normal systolic bloop pressure is around 140-150, So is it okay if I take pre workout supplement?
If you ask me, then....I don't think it'll be good for me and on the other hand it may induce heart attack risk.
