Foundation repair any ballpark estimates

I have a house that I'm looking to purchase but there's some termite damage, I'm trying to figure out a ballpark figure since the repair cost might be a deal killer, I have a company coming to inspect but the weather is killing my schedule. So, I wanted to post here maybe some has an idea.

From the First inspection "Inspector observed damaged or deteriorated floor joists / beams in the crawlspace. Recommend evaluation and necessary repairs by qualified foundation repair contractor. "

It looks like the brick would have to be removed from at least a 10 foot section to access the rim joist, I have no idea on the floor joist If I could negotiate enough credits and contingencies it might still be a go.
