It's available here! It's still very new, so let me know if you notice any errors on your end.
No portrait maker (yet!) I used the Stardew Valley one to make my portrait. Maybe that can be somebody else's project next :)

Edit: Made a few fixes, so it should display better on mobile now. I still reccomend doing this on desktop though!!
