Did anyone here get pregnant with multiple large fibroid?

I (36) am not pregnant but looking to do ivf after I get my tubes removed (double hydrosalpinx). I also have multiple fibroids, the largest being 7 cm and half intramural half subserosal. The rest are smaller than 3 cm and a mix of subserosal and intramural. I was recommended a myomectomy but decided not to go ahead due to the risks. So was wondering if anyone here went ahead with getting pregnant with multiple and large fibroids and had a good outcome.
