What's the general consensus on how good Tlaloc is?

No story spoilers please.

Rolling for KuKu and I got Tlaloc at NP3 (no KuKu yet😔) and I'm wondering if she's good. Saw someone say she was kinda men, then ZTL said she was great and I can't find a plushie mistress video on her so... how do we feel about her.

My only other pretender is Oberon so I feel like she's gonna pretty strong for me and matching her up with my other quicks like Enkidu and Baobhan is sure to make for a combo but I wanna know what everyone thinks of her before I go grailing this random 4* with a low ATK and avg HP up to Level 90
