Don’t go into the light, so go where?

I will admit I’m new to this sub but a reoccurring theme I see among posts is don’t go towards the white light because it wipes your memories and sends you back in.

So where do you go instead? Anywhere except the light? Secondly if the Archons have spread disinformation amongst religions and other things how do we know we can trust anything? What if we’re meant to go to the light and that’s how you leave?
