Download Speeds [Discussion]

So here's the situation, I'm trying to install the update but am only getting 2 MB/sec, however, with only 2 MB a second my internet gets eaten up by this 2 MB download speed, like won't even load YouTube shorts.

I know that other people downloading at the same time can cause slow download speeds, but I don't get how a 2 MB download speed can take up all my Internet speed? I can download something on Steam at 20 Mbs/sec and still watch videos in 1080p.

Anyone else seeing similar results?

Internet speed is around 250 Mbs
