What’s a good Clayman Harpoon / Ice Spear build?

I’m but a lowly, inexperienced tarnished still struggling with my own builds so I’d appreciate some advice. Currently on my first play through (technically 2nd but new console) and just beat Radahn. I really like the clayman harpoon with ice spear AOW. I infused it with magic to scale with intelligence and really want to maximize damage and staggering effect.

Which talismans, cracked tears, and additional weapons/items go will with this build, and what would be a good goal for each stat?
