I wanna do a non dragon communion Arcane build. Any suggestions?

I feel like I barely ever touch Arc, so I wanted to do a dedicated build. I'd prefer something that is also viable in PVP, but that is optional.

Edit: I am fine with all status effects, not just the Arc poster child.
