What are the conditions for not including counterspells in multicolor decks with blue?
I'm building and rebuilding a temur creatures + artifact tokens deck and keep coming around to the thought of cutting the counterspells. The commanders don't have cascade but it's in the deck, there are other cards available to me like [[Heroic Intervention]] that I feel might do more for me, as well as hexproof/shroud equipments. Blue is a core color of the three but my deck slots are really competitive. Potentially I could cut from 4-5 proper counterspells down to 2 as well, making sure I have enough draw.
I know there are other cases like [[Neera]] who is only two-color and doesn't like counterspells, but that's directly because of the commander.
Generally, I know they are good, cards like [[Narset's Reversal]] can counter un-counterable spells, [[Mana Drain]] doubles as a ritual, etc. But when do you allow yourself not to include them in deck building to have a stronger core suite of cards?
