Optimizing my Arcades deck

Currently have a large excess of cards in my Arcades Commander deck and need help narrowing it down to 100 and getting it ready to play.

It feels like a have a large amount of good options - what should I cut? Have I missed any bangers? Like more counters/protection for Arcades?
