Drake hearing date set for 12/20

A court hearing is a formal proceeding where a judge or other decision-making body examines a case. During a hearing, evidence and arguments are presented to determine a question of fact or law.

Not sure if they decide if the petition moves forward then, which petition it’s for (he filed two separately) or how it works. Hope he gets some good news though.
