I dreamt I was in a school shooting,and everything felt way too real.

I’ve never been in a school shooting or really feared my safety at school,but last night I had a super realistic dream of someone shooting in my school. I’ve been so afraid all day that it was like some weird “look into the future” because I’ve had some dreams like that. I’m terrified to go to school tomorrow. Can someone maybe explain to me why this dream came to be.
