Bloody stool every now and then

my dog will poop blood like this every now and then. We taking him to the vet every time he does, and they prescribe antibiotics for about 2 weeks and it seems to just go away after a few poops. We have taken him to a specialist to get a full work up and they didn’t find anything abnormal. He seems fine but we are just worried
