Bad review?
I’m new to selling on depop, so I hope this is allowed and any advice is greatly appreciated.
I recently sold an item, and I completely forgot to update my shop to show that I was away. As soon as I got the notification, I sent the buyer a message apologizing for the inconvenience, and processed a return immediately since I wouldn’t be back and able to ship for over a week. They responded and just said, “alright.” The next day, depop showed that the refund was processed.
Today, I get a notification of a review that they made. I checked and it’s a one star review that said, “the most confusing seller I’ve ever purchased from.” Confused, I messaged them immediately telling them that their refund shows as processed on my end, and that I explained I’m still not home, and cannot ship. The response I get is “well you could have shipped when you got back, I am very patient. You just refunded without any explanation.” I tried to respond and tell them that refunding was the best course of action, as I wouldn’t ship for over a week, and if they really wanted the item, then they could repurchase once I get back home. The message didn’t send as they blocked me… I have this review as the only review on my shop.
How do i get this review taken down? I’m just so confused
