Others fronting at work?

So for context we recently started a job at a daycare, and it’s been a lot to say the least. I really like working with these kids cause they’re so sweet, and I want to be a good adult for these kids when I didn’t have one at their age. The problem is though that I think a little or maybe more keep coming up by the front while I’m working which can be weird. It’s hard to be an adult and work with other adults when I start feeling as small as the kids we watch

Today in particular was pretty rough. My class was acting insane when we had to wait for lunch to come in. Kids were running around, some were sobbing and screaming for their parents, the few kids that were in their seats weren’t worrying me but they were doing things like kicking their feet up or slamming their hands on the tables. It was all so much

I hate to admit it, but I yelled at them to get their attention. I put my whole chest into yelling out to catch these kid’s attention and make them listen, and the next thing I knew I was a kid again, yelling just like I did today for people to listen to me. I was pretty out of it after that and I’m really thankful that my coworker with more experience was there to help

Tbh a couple hours after it happened I think someone new showed up and she helped take care of the kids? It was a lot and I don’t know I guess I just needed to say all this and get it off my chest? Sorry for rambling

I guess I was also wondering how you all tend to handle other alters fronting at work?
