Has anyone encountered ICE yet?

I'm a USC but my partner is a DACA recipent. She's been pretty lax about everything going on, but this morning she stated that she thinks she needs to start carrying her work permit and I agree.

We all heard what happened to the veteran in NJ last week so I fear that if she gets stopped she'll still be taken into custody. What would realistically happen to her if that occurred?
