Owner of Pizza BOGO in Cleveland Heights replying to bad reviews

Anyone have experience with the owners of Pizza BOGO in CH? I was just checking their reviews and thinking about ordering a pizza… then I saw their replies to poor reviews. 😂 Kinda funny, but made me decide to order somewhere else.
