Who are these people and what to do about them

Hey everyone I need some advice on what to do about these type of players.

I am not gonna lie, I never understand these type of people. As you can see in the image, he's using the archer puppets on queen and lemme tell you, he's also using barbarian puppet on king. I don't know why these guys are still using puppets, they are the worst equipment for heroes right now. Do they not know that other equipments also exist??

Sometimes I think they are new players but that's not true as in the 2nd image, he has 2k war stars which are not obtainable in 1 year even if he started playing after the equipments came out in December last year. Then other possibility is that they are returning after a break which might be the only reason that they are still using puppets and don't know much about new armies or strategies.

Now I don't like giving advice on strategies and armies in clan chat as some people just wanna enjoy the game in their own way and hate to make a change. But what they don't see is that they are performing bad constantly and not contributing to the clan. He could have 3 starred easily with all 4 heroes up but he keeps doing 2 stars.

So I wanna ask y'all, should I kick him? as he is not able to 3 star at all. What to do?
