Do you think Christians have to keep the Sabbath? (4th commandment)

Since the Sabbath was a holy day for the Jews (and christians according to some) I wanna know if Christians have to keep it? (For those who don't know the Sabbath is Friday sundown to Saturday sundown where we cannot do any work)
