Where does ChatGPT get all in information and how do we know that it's an accurate answer?

If I'm asking a human psychology oriented question, does it search every study/book on Google that's ever been posted? Does it search every study/book in the World Wide Web? Does it have other places it gets its information? It's very confusing to me on how it has this magnitude of information and where it all comes from
