Completely losing my mind over my cat

My cat jumps on the kitchen counter every 5 minutes. I tell him no and he is aware what that means and stops for 10 seconds before trying again. I have taught him the down command and he follows it when it is not the kitchen counter. I have given him an alternative to the counter and he is not interested.

Im completely losing my mind. This has been going on for 1 week now. Litterally every 5 minutes. Guests has had cat hair in their coffee and I'm just so beyond frustrated at this point.
