Is education has any value in Canada?

I live in Toronto specifically so I can't speak for other areas but like I realize that people here including employers don't care much about my education as much.

I have my bachelors in CS and about to finish my masters in CS but was thinking about dropping my masters if it doesn't carry any value. I can assure where I am in Toronto, most ppl see it as a waste of time.
