Forgot my activision email

So I forgot my activision mail I used and now I want to login from the activision account I have my facebook logged in but I don't really want to use facebook I would prefer using a Google account or only activision account so anyone here is kind enough to help me? You can say my main problem is I have forgot the mail I used to log in activision and I have to login from activison and if possible I need to change the account link of facebook to Google or only activision
