Briefing intel problem

Everytime I want to watch a briefing I tell, it keeps telling me no intel at this moment. I have been waiting for almost a month and waiting maybe it will be fixed with the new intel but still got the problem. I have samsumg phone and I even reinstalled the game, still hasn't been fixed
