How can I get a finance role post MBA?

Acads: 7/6/5 or 7/6/6 (excepted)

I do have avg acads but I scored 10 grade points (class rank 1) in all finance courses (apart from 1) . I have a huge interest and want to work in this field so how can i get equity research/IB roles post MBA?
