Does my cats spay incision look like it’s tearing??

My girl is on day eight since her spay, for the first four days she was in a cone, but she refused to eat and drink so we got her a surgery suit that she’s been in for the last four days. We put her in a separate room at night with no high surfaces so that she can’t be jumping around or getting too rambunctious, but during the day we let her roam around under our supervision. We take her out of the suit from time to time so she can get a good full stretch and groom herself (excluding the incision of course.) I can’t tell if I’m overreacting or if it genuinely looks like something might be wrong.
