Meeple’s Second Gadget Cancels Ball Momentum… Sometimes

When Meeple is missing HP and you use her gadget with a moving ball in brawl ball, it will cancel the momentum, but not while at full hp. She also makes the ball tweak out if it is stationary when the gadget is used.
