Bl2 is beyond pissing me off

This is the 5th time I've gotten a vault hunter to level about lvl 50 before all my progress gets wiped. I've only ever been able to get one character, Maya, to lvl 72 on nintendo switch, but on ps4 and xbox s all my progress keeps getting fucking wiped EVERY FUCKING TIME. I have nothing else to say, I just wanted to rant about this trashy fucking game (I love this game I'm just pissed)
