Summer tires in 30 degrees
Hey all, not sure if it’s a good place to put this question but I feel it could be a tech answer. I bought a M340 when I moved to Washington state and got the performance package. This came with the summer Pilot sport tires. Washington is now solidly in the 30 degrees (28-42 any given day). Should I have concern driving the car with the summer tires at all? I know it’s below the operating temp so I drive like a Nissan driver and not as though I have a BMW. Not sure if it could still go really poorly or if it is okay. It’s my daily to get to work and I don’t have room anywhere to put 4 extra tires and rims (some might suggest buying cold weather set and have both). It’s a new care and tires have less than 6k miles.
