Anyone Else Generally Detest Anime but Love Berserk?

Preparing to be downvoted into oblivion.

I love Berserk. Finished with the original animated series maybe a year ago, and now I've just finished the 2016 animated series (hated it at the start and it slowly grew on me) and now I'm trying to read the manga... this right to left reading business still hasn't settled in my mind yet and I find it a bit distracting, but really enjoying it so far.

Anyway, that ramble aside, anyone else just find all other anime to be generally pretty shitty? This isn't a hate thread, I'm genuinely trying to figure out why my brain says YES to Berserk and NO to everything else I've tried.
