Struggle with aserai, khuzait and vlandia.

I planned giving banner of dragon to rhagea but rhagea died before i did that so and i got only 7 days left to give banner of dragon to ruler so...

I gave banner of dragon to ulbos, he became ruler after rhagea died.

Now i am remorsing that decide. I just dont know why they did decided that ulbus idiot to ruler he is so underrated lord who cant even rule anything. We are losing right now -100 against aserais -80 khuzait and i am alone trying to force peace with vlandia +80 atm. How to deal really this? Aserai and khuzait has almost all of our fiefs.

I already hate that noob npc who can't to do anything with other lords. :D
