Three-front War

So I started the dragon banner quest line, and it caused the three way war against the three most powerful factions. I was wondering if anyone has any tips to help me fight this war? So far I’ve been making steady progress against the Aserai, but my AI lords can’t hold out against the Sturgians and Vlandians and are getting destroyed. Any advice would be helpful
