Permanently suspended for what?

Following my two BS suspension for doing nothing and this is something I've followed up to death with discord replying 9 times in one ticket and opening another https://www.reddit.com/r/BannedFromDiscord/s/iX8yxqWwXO

Discord gave me the permanent ban hammer for using a fucking emoji and they don't even tell you what context the emoji is used in.

Am I able to take discord to court for this? I would like to open up a civil case against them.
