please help!!

i was just suspended because of a server that i was briefly in and left weeks ago! i literally didn't do anything! omg what do i do im literally crying i have friends in there and i don't know their socials for anywhere else please help

it says i have limited access until feb 6 does that mean ill get my account back then?? please help im so upset
