Discord's in app Appeal??

So I have been banned for about a month now. I have tried almost everything to be unbanned and to have discord support see my appeals through. However, nothing has helped and I am stuck here. Well, yestarday around this time im making this post, I came across a button on the ban reason screen for me to request a look at my account. Has anyone seen this? Has anyone done anything with it? Has anyone been reached from requesting from it?
