I tried to make mini blueberry pies. Didn’t turn out as pretty as I had hoped but they tasted great!
I definitely over filled them lol. But these were so simple to make that I’m going to do a lot more experimenting with fillings and I’m sure future batches will be much prettier now that I know how much filling to use
I just used puff pastry for the crust, and made the blueberry filling with 16oz fresh blueberries, 1/2 cup sugar, 2 tbsp cornstarch, 1/2 cup of water & 1 tsp of lemon juice
