What goes best with pistachio?

I'll have finals in a few months and for the finals I have to make a cake with my own recipe, I really want to make a pistachio corpus, but I'm not sure what to put in as a filling. A lot of people say white chocolate is the way to go, but someone is already making a cake with white chocolate filling, are there any more things I can mix with the pistachio corpus
