How much weight gain to expect third trimester?

I typically gained around 30 pounds with my previous pregnancies. I’m 32 weeks and have been feeling larger this time around with my third. I have gained 25 pounds so far. Reading online says to expect a pound a week from here on out. I’m curious if that was true for people?
