Can we talk about YouTube’s horrible advertisement moderation?

I don’t know if this is just me or a thing solely with mobile but this is ridiculous. The amount of times I’m scrolling shorts or even through my front page like this and get one of these clearly fake or stolen camgirl, porn or other explicit/suggestive content for a usually Chinese app is crazy. If you can’t tell, in these videos it’s either them twerking, masturbating or something of the like but of course the catch is that it’s just cut off so I guess it bypasses surface level moderation, and that’s me being my generous.

I report them and block them and then they either show up again with the same app name or with a carbon copy with just a different name. YouTube gets so aggressive with its ad block now just to allow this shite on mobile? Is this available for kids? I hate this grey area of moderation that explicit material can be allowed on these social platforms and gets abused by these app makers and even creators themselves who try to justify this shite. Call this a problem with just YouTube moderation if you want, I think it’s a wider problem with allowing this suggestive content in this first place and seeing how far they can get away with 1-upping terms of service as a way to farm clicks.
